Now you can create custom/bullet points presentation with just youtube video.
Open Youtube Video Click Share, Copy the the Url
Open Google Slide New/Existing, Extensions > MagicSlides Addon > Youtube to PPT
Enter the URL and click Fetch Transcript
Then based on plan, keep the the text and then click Generate Presentation
